Monday: 8am Stroller Workout
Tuesday: 7am, 8am, 9am, 10am Full Body Classes
Wednesday: 8am Stroller Workout
Thursday: 7am, 8am, 9am, and 10am Full Body Workout Classes
Friday: 5:30pm
Saturday: 8am, 9am, and 10am
Sunday: 8am, 9am, and 10am

Note: You need medical clearance in order to book a class.
